When I was a kid working my way through high school and college, I spent most of my “career” working in a pizza shop. I began to love making pizza from scratch. Even the Panasonic Bread machine recipes included in their manual are great to start with. We found the Panasonic breadmaker manual a little more difficult to navigate which is why we prefer the Zojirushi.

However, for some, moving beyond the offerings of the included manual will become a reality sooner rather than later. A desire for a broader base of recipes as well as more unique and exotic bread machine recipe will start you searching. Well search no more, we have done the research for you. Based on our research, we highly recommend buying a bread maker recipe book.

We have found most free sites sub par due to lack of specifics when it comes to measurements, ingredients, bake times, and bake temperature. Sure you can find some good ones, but the time you waste and the ingredients you waste in that pursuit are not worth it in our opinion.

I am new at using a bread machine and I love it for mixing the ingredients and doing the dough cycle. I don’t like the shape of the bread though. So, what I like to do is after the dough cycle remove the dough and place it in a loaf pan, cover and let rise for about 30-45 minutes. Then, bake it in the oven. I have one recipe that tells me that I can bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes if I don’t want to bake the loaf in the bread machine but most recipes don’t include this information. Is there a general rule about how long to bake a loaf of bread and at what temperature or any other way of figuring it out?
